RaiSim and Rayrai WebAssembly License Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement governs the publicly distributed WebAssembly edition of RaiSim
and Rayrai, including its browser applications and supporting files (the
"Software"). RaiSim Tech Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to download, cache, and run copies of the Software for the purposes
expressly permitted below. This agreement does not grant rights to the native
edition or implementation source code. A separate written agreement covering
this edition governs the uses it expressly authorizes.

2. Academic research

You may use the Software free of charge, without a weekly time limit, solely
for academic research if you meet the eligibility requirements in Clause 1 of
the RaiSim Academic License Agreement:

Those eligibility requirements are:
  a. Students: you are a full-time student at a government-recognised
     university, or you are 18 years old or younger.
  b. Teachers: you teach students at a government-recognised university.
  c. Researchers: you are employed by a government-recognised university.

For these requirements, a government-recognised university is an institution
that offers government-recognised doctoral degrees. Academic eligibility does
not authorize commercial activities under this academic research permission.

3. Commercial evaluation

Commercial users may use the Software free of charge solely to evaluate its
suitability, for a maximum of two hours (120 minutes) per individual user per
calendar week, aggregated across all accounts, devices, and browser sessions.
A calendar week starts on Monday at 00:00 UTC and ends at the following Monday
at 00:00 UTC. The allowance concerns elapsed usage time, not simulated time.
Unused time does not carry over and allowances may not be transferred or pooled.

This permission does not authorize production use or providing commercial
services to third parties. Commercial use beyond the evaluation permission,
including production use or evaluation exceeding the weekly allowance, requires
a separate commercial license from RaiSim Tech Inc. Contact:

4. Compliance and reserved rights

You are responsible for complying with these restrictions regardless of whether
usage is technically monitored or limited. The absence of a timer, account
requirement, activation check, or other technical restriction does not expand
the permissions granted by this agreement. These terms apply to commercial
users of every company size.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Except as required by applicable
law or permitted in a separate written agreement, you may not modify,
disassemble, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the Software. You
must retain this agreement and the accompanying third-party notices with any
copies you are permitted to make. If you do not comply with this agreement,
your permission to use the Software ends and you must stop using it.

5. Third-party components and user content

Third-party components and assets remain subject to their respective licenses
and notices, including THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and notices in asset packages.
This agreement does not restrict rights granted by those third-party licenses.
RaiSim Tech Inc. claims no ownership of scenes or other content you create
through the Software by virtue of this agreement.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "AS IS",
without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RaiSim Tech Inc. is not
liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential
damages arising from use of the Software, including loss of use, data, or
profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that applicable law does
not permit to be excluded.
