Output transform suggested from calibration patches (RayraiWindow::recommendCalibrationOutputTransform()). Never applied automatically.

Neutral patches (target saturation < 0.08) set exposure and white balance; saturated patches (target saturation > 0.15) set saturation. Gamma is always 1.
